As the beans pass by natural means of digestion inside the Alamid (where it genuinely holds it’s natural form and consistency) – their digestive enzymes are infused into the beans. What makes it much better is the fact that they'll only eat the sweetest and ripest coffee cherries.

Nowadays, Cafe Alamid is beginning to essentially make a name for itself as a top-grade coffee that sells up to as much as a thousand dollars per pound. A few cafes serve them at $33 per cup.
